I can never be vegan because my love for cheese. I was over-stoked when I heard Amour Cafe (one of my favorite spot) was having a raclette pop-up. Here is the thing, there is no restaurant in Salt lake city serves raclette. The closest restaurants serve raclette are up in Park City. So what is raclette? It is a Swiss cuisine and the melting warm cheese served right from the cheese wheel.

The only thing I wish they would do is add more flavor to the food that goes with the cheese. I hope they will improve for the next event!

Their next event is on April 15th.

However, I do want to try Fireside Dining up in Park City, they serve raclette in buffet style and it is over $60 per person. Let me save up some money before I will go stuff my face with some melting cheese. 😀
